Our summer is the best in Canada.
Our summer is the best in Canada with rays of sunshine.
Our summer is the best in Canada with rays of sunshine and humid temperature.
Elaine, I think you have misunderstood the exercise.
You were asked to add a phrase, etc. to the clause. But you changed the clause entirely and did not add the items as instructed.
Here are some examples:
1. For many people, summer is the best time of the year in Canada.
2. Although winter is lovely, summer is the best time of the year in Canada.
3. Summer is the best time of the year in Canada and Vancouver is the best place.
