The silver, new, shiney car was drove by Tim and I when we had gone to Western Canada seeing the Rocky mountains and some of tourist traps along the Highway; but we seen little wild animals and not a single bear: however the wild flowers had been blossoming.

Tim and I were driving a shiny new silver car to western Canada to see the Rocky Mountains. There were some tourist traps all along the highway. We saw very little wild animals, but not a single bear; however, the wild flowers were blossoming.

I am questioning whether shiny silver needs a hypen as shiny is modifiying silver I would think that it does in fact need a hypen. Let me know Michael :)

Western refering to a place not a direction therefore it needs to be capitalized.
Sabrina, no hyphen is necessary as you are (probably) not constructing a compound modifier. If you added a hyphen, you would be making the silver (rather than the car) shiny. That is, you would be saying that the car was was a shiny kind of silver!
As for the other answers, I still see some errors.
I will post the solution soon.
