I always get butterflies in my stomach when it is my turn to speak.
I always have butterflies in my stomach when I jump out of a plane. Sometimes it get's so intense that I can't stop moving as if I have ants in my pants.
My kids have ants in their pants, especially when they are excited about going swimming.
