*SENTENCE COMBINATION*

Learning to combine ideas into more complex sentences is an important writing skill. There are many ways to do this. Try to combine the following three sentences.

Sentence 1: The weather is cold.
Sentence 2: This weather will continue for a while.
Sentence 3: Soon it will be spring.

Even though the weather is cold, soon it will be spring; nevertheless, this weather will continue for a while.
