*NUMBER CHANGE*

If the sentence is singular, change it to the plural; if it is plural, change it to the singular.

For dessert, I would like to have a large glass of milk, peppermint tea, two chocolate-chip cookies, and some cheesecake!

I´m sorry this one is the correct one:

For desserts, we would like to have many large glasses of milk, many cups of peppermint tea, a chocolate-chip cookie, and a lot of cheesecakes!

Hmm. I don't think dessert should be pluralized in this context; nor should cheesecake.

I would say:

"For dessert, we would like to have a couple large glasses of milk, two cups of peppermint tea, a chocolate-chip cookie, and two slices of cheesecake!"
