IDIOMS

There are three idioms that use the word vegetables:

Watch this video, and then write a sentence that uses one (or more) of these three idioms.

Try not to use the same idiom as the other participants.

1. It's a hot potato: This topic is a hot potato- better stay out of it!
2.A carrot and a stick: The new law that just came out will need to apply the carrot and stick approach effectively to discipline people!
3. Like two peas in a pod: Everyone thinks that my brother and I are like two peas in a pod- little they know that we have very different personalities!
