Vocabulary building is important for both

Use the following two words in one sentence (note the part of speech).
squeamish (adjective) + manipulate (verb)

While alone on a backpacking trip, I fell and dislocated my shoulder; despite my squeamish stomach, I counterpoised my stance and manipulated my shoulder back into it's socket.
When I was a kid, I was too squeamish to manipulate raw meat.
