*ACTIVE vs. PASSIVE*

Write two sentences using the verb bear.

In the first sentence, use the verb in the active voice; in the second sentence, use it in the passive voice.

She will bear the weight of guilt.

The weight of guilt will bear with her.

Just bear with me and you will get through it.

He can't bear to pass up on that random 20$ bill on the street

Good try, krisla. But, the second sentence is incorrect.

To form the passive voice, "bear" becomes "borne" (the past participle).

"The weight of guilt was borne by the woman."

jesses123, you used an idiomatic expression ("bear with") for which there isn't really a passive form.
